Conditions of participation of the Instagram sweepstakes from 11.11. - 20.11.2022

Organizer of the sweepstakes is ChronoPen UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
(hereinafter referred to as the provider).

Closing date is 20.11.2022 at 23:59 (CET/MEZ)

Win: ChronoPen including microfiber cloth + Omega Moonswatch

Participation: All persons who have reached the age of 18 may participate. The prerequisite for participation is that the data is entered by the participant. Participation via a service provider who enters the data of its clients in sweepstakes
- so-called sweepstakes entry service - is not permitted. The winner
agrees that his name and Instagram name will be published by the provider

the ChronoPen Instagram page. The sweepstakes period is from 11/11/2022
09:00 until 11/20/2022 23:59. If the number of valid participants
is greater than the number of the advertised prize, the draw will decide. To participate
in the sweepstakes, the user must have an Instagram account
and be logged in. Multiple participation is not possible. The competition
is offered subject to availability. The provider reserves the right
to extend or shorten the sweepstake even without giving reasons

Furthermore, the provider reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition
in the event of suspected misuse, manipulation or criminal behavior. There is no legal claim to participation in the competition
. The prize will be drawn from all entries

Process: Through an Instagram post, users will be asked to tag 3
friends, LIKE the post and follow ChronoPen on Instagram at
. From the comments, 1 winner will be selected and notified via direct message
via Instagram. Additionally, the winner will be announced and tagged in an Instagram
story. If there is no feedback from the participant within 24 hours
the claim to the prize will expire and a new winner will be drawn. Participation in the
sweepstakes is free of charge and also not bound to other services of the participant
. A transfer, exchange and payment of non-cash prizes is not
possible. The legal process is excluded. By participating in the competition
the participant accepts these conditions of participation. ChronoPen UG
(haftungsbeschränkt) reserves the right to change these conditions of participation without
prior notice or to cancel the competition without giving reasons
, if for technical, legal or other reasons a
proper implementation of the competition can no longer be guaranteed
. ChronoPen UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is entitled to exclude participants in the event of a
