For which materials is the ChronoPen suitable?
The ChronoPen can be used without hesitation on stainless steel, gold, silver, bronze, platinum, ceramics, sapphire glass, plastics and rubber. Please refer to our instructions for use for the correct use of the ChronoPen.
Why should I order a ChronoPen?
The ChronoPen offers a safe solution for thoroughly cleaning your favorite piece. Our all-in-one solution is specifically designed for cleaning watches.
How often can I use the ChronoPen?
The ChronoPen contains 15ml of our special cleaner "Made in Germany". Thanks to the unique pump mechanism, it is suitable for over 70 applications.
Is the ChronoPen suitable for leather or fabric watch bands?
The ChronoPen should not be used on sensitive leather or fabric. Sensitive bracelets should be removed before cleaning. Please refer to our instructions for use for the correct use of the ChronoPen .
What is included when I order the ChronoPen?
For optimal care afterwards, you will also receive our extra soft microfiber cloth in 40 x 40 cm in addition to the ChronoPen .
Can the cleaning agent harm my watch?
During the development and production of our special cleaner "Made in Germany", material compatibility was our highest priority. Our cleaner does not contain any aggressive chemicals or ingredients. If you follow the instructions for use, the cleaning agent contained will not harm your watch.
Can the ChronoPen also be used on jewelry?
The ChronoPen can also be used on waterproof jewelry. Again, do not use on leather.

How long does it take to ship the ChronoPen?
Orders are shipped no later than the business day following receipt of the order.

How much are the shipping costs?
For deliveries within Europe we do not charge shipping costs.
